Return & Refund Policy

An exchange is not complete until availability and instructions are confirmed. Where a direct exchange is unavailable, the lawful process may be a return and refund followed by a new order. This does not restrict a consumer's right to replacement as a conformity remedy where applicable.

9. Items sent without authorization

Contact us before sending goods so the return can be identified and directed correctly. We may reasonably ask for tracking or proof of dispatch. We are not responsible for a parcel sent to an unrelated address, but this does not limit rights where the consumer followed instructions supplied by us.
